For over 50 years, we’ve been the area leader serving the insurance and Medicare Supplement needs of customers across Bay County and the Florida Panhandle.

Originally founded, in 1969, as the Jack Featherstone Agency, in Panama City, Florida, we became First American Assurance in 2004 specializing in life insurance, Medicare plans, hospital indemnity insurance and more.

Today, many of our customers know us as Jack Featherstone Agency, Inc. and First American Assurance, LLC. Our vision has never changed – service is our ultimate goal and we strive to fulfill the many insurance needs of citizens throughout the Florida Panhandle.

Our main office in Panama City, Florida is home to our team of licensed Benefit Advisors who truly enjoy being able to help you with personal service navigating your needs with Medicare and other plans that may be right for you.
